Once you place an order, we ship an easy-to-use impression kit to your home. Simply follow the included instructions to create a mold of your teeth and mail it back to us using the pre-paid label.

How long does it take to receive my custom mouthguard?
After we receive your dental impression at our lab, it typically takes 7-10 business days for our craftsmen to hand-finish your guard and ship it back to you.
What is your return policy if my mouthguard doesn't fit?
We offer a Perfect Fit Guarantee. If your mouthguard doesn't fit comfortably, contact us within 30 days and we will provide a new impression kit and adjustment at no additional cost.
How often should I replace my sports mouthguard?
For maximum protection and hygiene, we recommend replacing your mouthguard every season or every 6 months, as the material can wear down over time with heavy use.
Do you ship internationally?
