Contact our support team within 30 days of receiving your product to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide your order details.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the unused mouthguard or the impression kit in its original packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.
